Yes — every engineer is Gas Safe registered, directly employed and regularly assessed. We’re also Worcester Bosch Diamond accredited and Vaillant Advance installers, and hold £5m public liability cover.
For most jobs, yes — someone needs to let us in and confirm access. For routine servicing and landlord gas safety certificates, many customers arrange a neighbour or keyholder instead; just let us know when booking.
All workmanship carries a 12-month guarantee as standard, and new boilers include the manufacturer’s warranty of up to 12 years when registered. Warranty terms are confirmed in writing on your quote.
